How to apply:
1. Using a brush, coat all your finger nails with a thin layer of base coat.
2. Apply your desired colour of the Elite99 UV gel nail polish series.
3. Dry under a 36-watt UV lamp or LED light for 2 minutes.
4. Apply the second coat of the Ellite99 UV gel nail polish.
5. Dry under a 36-watt UV lamp or LED light for 2 minutes.
6. Apply an gel topcoat.
7. Dry under a 36-watt UV lamp or LED light for 2 minutes.
8. Wipe each fingernail with the Gel cleanser to result in a smooth, non sticky finish.
